01Illegal or Fraudulent Activity
Prohibited activity includes:
- Violating any applicable law, court order, sanctions rule, export restriction, or regulatory requirement.
- Fraud, impersonation, identity theft, forged documents, fake businesses, deceptive billing, or misrepresentation.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or concealment of the source, destination, owner, or purpose of funds.
- Circumventing financial, identity, platform, payment, advertising, or account-verification controls.
02Deceptive Marketing and Abuse
You may not request or use services for:
- False, misleading, unsubstantiated, or manipulative claims.
- Fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake engagement, fake identities, or fabricated case studies.
- Phishing, credential theft, unauthorized account access, or deceptive lead collection.
- Spam, unlawful cold outreach, purchased lists used without lawful authority, or evasion of unsubscribe requests.
- Cloaking, hidden redirects, policy evasion, account farming, ban evasion, or deceptive landing pages.
03Cybersecurity and Technical Abuse
You may not use our services to create, distribute, or assist:
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, credential stuffing, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized surveillance.
- Exploitation of systems, unauthorized penetration, data theft, or circumvention of access controls.
- Tools primarily intended for fraud, evasion, scraping in violation of law or contract, or unauthorized automation.
04Harmful, Exploitative, or Infringing Content
Prohibited content or activity includes:
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse material.
- Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or trafficking.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, or incitement of violence.
- Unlawful discrimination or content promoting violent extremist organizations.
- Copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights infringement.
05Regulated or High-Risk Activities
Trivora Digital may refuse, restrict, or require additional review for projects involving unlawful, regulated, deceptive, harmful, or high-risk activities. Clients must obtain all required licences, permissions, and regulatory approvals before requesting services. We do not provide services designed to evade platform rules, payment-provider requirements, applicable laws, or regulatory controls.
We may decline any project that presents an unacceptable legal, compliance, security, reputational, consumer-protection, or payment risk.
06Platform and Payment Compliance
You must comply with the policies of every advertising network, marketplace, payment provider, social network, software service, and other platform used for your project. We will not assist in hiding a business model, disguising prohibited transactions, manipulating account reviews, or presenting false information to a provider.
07Client Data and Privacy
You may provide personal data only where you have lawful authority to do so. You must not request us to collect, enrich, transfer, target, or process data in violation of privacy, communications, employment, consumer, or advertising law.
08Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may refuse, suspend, or terminate services without prior notice where reasonably necessary. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Clients remain responsible for fees for completed work and non-cancellable costs. Serious violations may be reported to relevant platforms, payment providers, or authorities where legally required or appropriate.
